On day two, dig in deep with discussions on issues that really matter to chamber executives and board members. *Bonneville Seabase

In the deserts of western Utah, there are secrets beyond imagination. Bonneville Seabase is one of those secrets. Located on the outskirts of Grantsville, there is a natural phenomenon where spring water rising through the ancient lake bed of Bonneville becomes almost 3% saltwater. At the salinity of the ocean, the water wells up as warm springs, and with the addition of ocean fish, an inland ocean was formed for SCUBA and snorkeling.

Bonneville Seabase is home to an abundant amount of marine life. From the tiny mollies to the 50-pound grouper, from the  large black drum,  to the schools of mullet, Seabase has fish of all shapes and sizes, including two friendly cortez angels and schools of pinfish. During your exploring you can find a variety of   butterfly fish, mullet,  black drum,  jacks, snappers, grunts,  schools of pinfish, tunicates and much more. Some fish are “rescue fish ” whose owners no longer wanted them. Come out to Seabase and find out why so many people enjoy exploring the underwater realm.
